Chuck Ehrig - Chairman of the board As Vice president of Finance and as the Chief financial officer, Chuck Ehrig is responsible for TalentPro’s financial operations, purchasing, facilities, global supply chain management and order management. With more than 25 years of financial management experience across various sectors, Chuck Ehrig has worked with many of the industry’s leading companies. He graduated from the Benjamin Franklin University School of Accounting.
A Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland, Chuck Ehrig currently lives in Montgomery County, MD. Mr. Ehrig is very active in the local community and also sits on a number of boards of local non-profit organizations.
M N Kannan - Non-Executive Director Kannan has more than 15 years of experience in financial advisory services including managing IPOs, open offers, SEBI Compliance issues, Valuations, identifying Joint Venture partners, raising finance from Venture capital and Private equity funds, and creating business plans, with principal focus on the manufacturing, IT and ITES sectors.
He was a Senior Manager with the CFIB practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in India, for over seven years working across strategic and financial advisory offerings including client advisory role, on Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures/Strategic alliances and Private Equity Funding. Kannan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
S Raghavan - Sr.Vice President - Finance & Delivery Raghavan has over 23 years of finance and secretarial experience with major MNCs and Indian companies spanning across the Manufacturing, Telecom, Travel & Logistics and Trading sectors.
He has been involved in setting up and reengineering systems and processes around core accounting, taxation, de-mergers and public issues, funds planning and mobilization, legal and secretarial functions. Raghavan has in the past, served as the Head-Finance of Aircel’s RoTN circle.
At TalentPro, he oversees cash flow management, MIS and board reporting. In addition, his understanding of the business analytics of large operations, has helped in customizing HR services delivery for key accounts, recognized as the key differentiator over competition. Raghavan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
