Raghavan is the President of our Company. He has been with the group since 2006.

Raghavan is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 30 years of corporate experience with major MNCs and Indian companies spanning across Manufacturing & Service sectors.

As President, he is responsible for the profitability and growth of various service lines. He also oversees the HR and Finance functions of the company. He is also incharge of new products and service lines. His deep understanding of the HR industry and clients helped the company to customise the services to suit specific requirements of the clients which in turn helps clients’ retention at a very healthy level.

Prior to joining us, he was the General Manager – Finance of Aircel Ltd.,
