National Employability Enhancement Scheme (NEEM)
NEEM Scheme, or the National Employability Enhancement Scheme, is a flagship collaborative initiative by the Government of India and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is to instigate and discover the determined job-seekers by nurturing their active skills for their betterment.
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)
The Indian government amended the Apprenticeship Act 1961, keeping in view the progressing importance of apprenticeship training, and approved the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) on 19th August 2016. NAPS is a platform that shapes every trainee into a trained employee. The Apprenticeship Act enacted the prime objective of synchronizing leftover training programs for apprentices to ensure maximum utilization of new training infrastructure available that can contribute to primary and on-the-job training. NAPS has curated opportunities that pave a wider path for the youth to flourish in their careers. Apprenticeship is a way of training in any industry or organization wherein the candidate undergoes basic and on-the-job (OTJ) training at a given workplace. Our motto is to enhance unemployed and unskilled youth to develop OTJ skills experimentally by making an income from it.
"Make a bedrock of betterment in empowerment to the edge of pinnacle-pioneer."
