Klaus-Peter Springer plans and coordinates TalentPro’s Information Technology. His expertise includes strategic planning, infrastructure, quality assurance, business process improvement, application development, and international business.

An accomplished, results-driven Executive Manager of Information Technology with 25+ years of demonstrated success directing business and technology operations to optimize bottom line productivity, Mr. Springer was a co-founder and managing partner of SAS GmbH in Germany, a software consulting and product development company which provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and developed products for project management, document scanning and imaging, data center operations, production planning and control, warehouse management and shop floor control, as well as accounting and payroll solutions.

For more than ten years Mr. Springer is also serving as the global Chief Technology Officer for the Briley Group – overseeing and coordinating the group’s various technology platforms worldwide. He was actively involved in the selection and technical due diligence processes for several mergers and acquisitions.
