Job Description:

1. Will be handling clients as SPOC
2. Will handle day-to-day queries on PF/ESI/Factory Act /Audits
3. Online processing of PF/ESI monthly contributions/Challan Preparation
4. Maintenance of registers and Returns filing as per the Factory Act/ Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition  Act as applicable according to the States
5. Conducting compliance audits at the client’s place
6. May have to handle labor cases

Skill Sets:

1. Compliance background
2. Proficiency in ESI/PF Challan Preparation
3. Compliance shops and establishment Act / Audit / LWF / Registers
4. Good skills in MS Office/Excel
5. Reasonable communication skills in English

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree / MBA HR / MSW HR / MA Labour
2. Minimum 0-10 years experience in relevant industry
