Currently, We have a Great Opportunity In Staffing (Payroll)

Job Description:

  • To act as a pioneer in delivering trusted end-to-end HR services in Payroll, Staffing, compliance, and Training.
  • To update new joiners’ details in the database, prepare offer and appointment letters, conducting induction program.
  • To handle the Payroll process for around 500 employees on basis of the Minimum wages Act.
  • To maintain Employees report (Addition/Deletion) for each client.
  • To process Full & Final settlements, handling queries related to attendance, leaves, reimbursement, compensation, etc.
  • To take care of ESI, PF, and Professional tax (state-wise) of all employees.
  • Responsible for statutory-related queries for existing and resigned employees.
  • To interact with employees on regular basis as client visits.
  • Responsible of giving prompt revert for employee queries in order to maintain a cordial relationship.
