Head – (Marketing & Sales)

We are looking out for a candidate who has 15+ years of experience in International Sales particularly in US/UK market, from BPO/US Payroll outsourcing companies.

Location – Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals
  2. Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal
  3. Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
  4. Lead and direct Account Managers and Engagement Leaders, focused on delivering value, ensuring quality
  5. Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue, and profit forecasting
  6. Engage with senior level client contacts across all areas of the client’s business on a regular basis, delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback
  7. Develop, drive growth and account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio
  8. Work closely with the inside sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy for new business pitches
  9. Effectively “on-board” new client relationships
  10. Report on sales activity with consistent frequency
  11. Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management


What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum 15+ years of experience
  2. MBA in Marketing preferred
  3. Should be holding valid US visa
  4. Willing to travel at short notice
  5. Strong experience in US geography and services and can generate leads/Close the deals
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  7. Strong leadership abilities
  8. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  9. Experience building successful working relationships with executives
  10. Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue and qualify leads
